A chance meeting of two friends with one idea, and shared Caribbean roots and a UK upbringing led us to make a change.

Despite the thousands of sauces on the market we were not satisfied with the quality and choice representing the Caribbean.

We came up with a few ideas and surveyed you, our audience and came up with our first products.

We came up with a range of tantilising rum based sauces.

Chocolate Rum

With a tantilizing combination of 100% dark chocolate , dark brown sugar and of course our specially selected rum. You can’t ask for more.

Salted Caramel Rum Sauce

The Salted Caramel has a silky smooth texture and creaminess which honestly feels a bit naughty ! Once you add our fine rum you have to take note of this game changer.
